Drawing inspiration from the region’s history and natural surroundings, the 156-seat freestanding restaurant features an eight-foot wood fired grill as its centerpiece, an open kitchen with counter seating where guests can enjoy dinner while interacting with the chefs, a 26 seat bar, and dining on the deck, patio or private dining room with moveable walls, seating up to 20.
Welcome to the 26 seat, U-shaped bar featuring 10 signature cocktails, draft beer and wine, as well as a carefully curated wine list of 70-90 bottles: a mix of old world and new world with a lean toward biodynamic wines. Four tastefully installed televisions will stream live games, which can also be viewed from the cocktail tables around the bar.
