Join us for a fun and interactive class at The Groton Inn exploring the art of artisan charcuterie meats and cheeses. Learn how to craft and style a stunning charcuterie display—perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying at home.
Chef Sam Page will guide you through the techniques behind curing meats, aging cheeses, and creating a balanced and visually appealing presentation. Guests will enjoy a hands-on experience, preparing their own charcuterie boards on beautiful branded boards to take home after the event.
The evening begins with a cocktail hour featuring small bites and a cash bar. Chef Sam will be available during this time to meet guests and answer any questions before the class begins.
